1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Archivio s.r.l. and applied to all orders, placed both on the Archivio website (archiviowebsite.com) and by telephone or e-mail. Archivio reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of an item. Orders may only be placed by people of legal age. Archivio reserves the right to revise the selling ‘terms and conditions’ at any time. Each purchase is subjected to the terms and conditions version in effect on the date you submitted your order. Please check for the latest before making your purchase. You can find the date of the latest update in the final section of the ‘terms and conditions’ paragraph. Please note that the terms and conditions applicable to your order are always the terms and conditions you read and agreed to before placing your order and not a later version. You should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

The language used in the ‘terms and conditions’ section is English and Italian.

3. PLACING ORDER
By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, by telephone or e-mail, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and the privacy policy and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these terms and conditions. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, and the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products into the shopping bag.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details, and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these terms and conditions. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Archivio does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

6. COLORS
Archivio's goal is to describe the products on the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Archivio cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

7. PAYMENT METHODS
Archivio.com accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.
PayPal: Simplify your checkout process using PayPal's digital wallet.

8. TAX INFORMATION AND PRICE
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs displayed on the website may vary over time, and Archivio is not bound by the price until the order has been accepted by sending the shipping confirmation email. Prices may also vary between the physical store and the website. If you have placed an order and the price changes before the order is accepted (through the shipping confirmation email), you will be notified by email and given the option to place a new order at the updated price or to cancel the previous one. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled. Archivio reserves the right to cancel any order before its acceptance. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, we will refund the corresponding amount. Please also note that Archivio may cancel an order even after it has been accepted if you knew or should reasonably have known that the pricing information was incorrect. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout, according to the selected shipping method.

9. PAYMENT SECURITY
We do our best to make the website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Archivio, your order will be canceled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order. Stripe uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect sensitive data and complies with PCI-DSS standards. Payment data is never stored on our servers; it is handled directly by Stripe.

10. SECURITY
Archivio uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for securely transferring information to process orders. All communication on the Archivio website is protected by encryption of all incoming and outgoing data.

11. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you checkout. Dispatch of orders may take up to 15 business days as we produce the order only on your purchase request. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company. If Archivio fails to deliver within 45 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

12. INFORMATION OF THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION
It is not possible to request a change or a refund of a customized product unless the goods are defective or not in conformity with the order placed.

13. RETURNING THE PRODUCT
Thank you so much for supporting Archivio!
As Archivio sells on a Made-To-Order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order. Make sure to visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your measurements in the Bespoke & Sizing Box. If unsure please email info@archiviowebsite.com with any questions. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations at an additional cost, please email info@archiviowebsite.com within 7 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you. For alterations and exchanges it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of garments and must be covered by you. 

14. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For any defect of conformity existing upon delivery of the products, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and legal rights available to you under, the laws of your country. Notwithstanding the above, if you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If Archivio considers the products to be defective, Archivio will make a full refund including shipping costs. Any other rights you may have shall remain unaffected. Additional guarantees concerning products of Archivio will apply only if expressly stated in the shipping confirmation.

15. REFUNDS
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. Once your return has been accepted, we will process your reimbursement and send you a Refund Confirmation email.  If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund please contact Customer Care.

The copyright of any documents provided on this site (including, without limitation, Archivio’s trademarks, graphics, texts, photos, designs, logos, icons, images, data, or software) is owned by or licensed to Archivio. Archivio cannot guarantee that the content of the site is free from inaccuracies or typographical errors. Nor can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Archivio may, at any time, change the content of the site. Although Archivio makes every effort to display accurate and error-free texts, images, and prices on the site and the online shop, some errors may occasionally occur. Archivio cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the use of the site or the incapability of using it. Archivio cannot guarantee trouble-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

The website may contain links to other websites beyond our control we do not take any responsibility for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

22. BREACH OF RULES
Archivio reserves the right to apply all available measures against any violation of these terms and conditions, including the right to block the access to the site.

23. PROVISIONS SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these terms and conditions; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms to give effect to the commercial intentions of these terms and conditions.

24. GOVERNING LAWS
These terms and conditions are ruled by Italian law (excluding the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods – cisg). However, if you are a consumer and you are resident in any other country of the European Union, you will benefit from all mandatory provisions and legal rights in force in that country. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your rights as a consumer to rely on these mandatory provisions of local law and statutory rights.
