Archivio  reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of an item. Orders may only be placed by people of legal age. archivio reserves the right to revise the selling ‘terms and conditions’ at any time. Each purchase is subjected to the terms and conditions version in effect on the date you submitted your order. Please check for the latest before making your purchase. You can find the date of the latest update in the final section of the ‘terms and conditions’ paragraph.  Please note that the terms and conditions applicable to your order are always the terms and conditions you read and agreed to before placing your order and not a later version. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Archivio does not guarantee that all the products displayed on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or via e-mail. If the payment has been already received, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.



The aim of Archivio is to present the articles on the website as accurately as possible. However, be informed that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the items shown in the images may differ somewhat from their actual colours. Archivio cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy.



Prices and delivery fees shown on the website include vat. They may vary from time to time and archivio is not bound to the price shown until the order has been accepted with a shipping confirmation. Archivio always reserves the right to cancel any order before acceptance. If a payment for a cancelled order has already been received, the purchase amount will be returned. Please note that Archivio may can cancel an accepted order if the information provided on the prices is not correct. Shipping costs and options are indicated at checkout.

(Maestro and Visa electron: please check with your bank that your credit card is valid for online transactions). All payments made through Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that your card is charged for the purchase once you place the order. We do our best to make the website as secure as possible. all credit/debit-card transactions on the website are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment system that encrypts your card details in a secure host server. We require your confirmation that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.  All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize the transaction, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of the payment being processed.


When selecting the paypal option, you will be forwarded to the paypal website to “log in” and review the amount shown before clicking “pay now”. Once this transaction is completed, you will be redirected to Archivio website.




We offer several shipping options to meet your needs as specified at the check out. Orders may take up to 15 working days to be shipped as we only manufacture on your request. Delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization and/or couriers. If Archivio fails to deliver within 45 days, you have the right to cancel your order.

Your order will be delivered by DHL to the shipping address you have indicated.




It is not possible to request an exchange or refund of a customized product unless the goods are faulty or not in conformity to the order placed,

(article 5(3)(c) of legislative decree no 185 of 22/05/1999).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Archivio offers a tailoring service at an additional cost. Please email info@archiviowebsite.com within 7 days from delivery and a return address will be provided to you.

For alterations or changes it is customers’ full responsibility to securely ship items back to the studio with a reliable tracking service. This cost is not included in the price of the items and must be covered by the customer.



For any defective merchandise, you will benefit from all the mandatory provisions and legal rights guaranteed by the laws of your country. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately. If Archivio deems the products to be defective, Archivio will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Any other rights you may have remain unaffected. any additional warranties regarding Archivio’s products apply only if expressly stated in the shipping confirmation.
