- PLACING ORDER
To make purchases on archiviowebsite.com you do not need to create an account; however, as a registered user, you will have access to account services dedicated to our customers.
2. PRODUCT AND SIZES INFORMATION
On each product page, you will see all available sizes and colors, a description, and the material composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see more details.
We offer product-specific size guides on all product pages to help you determine the best size to purchase.
3. COLORS
Archivio’s goal is to describe the products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to your computer’s color settings, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Archivio cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
4. PLACING ORDER
By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, by telephone or e-mail, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and the privacy policy and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these terms and conditions. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, and the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products into the shopping bag.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details, and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
6. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, the details of the purchased items, payment information, and the shipping address. Please note that this confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order itself.
All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. At our discretion, we may choose not to accept an order for any reason, without incurring any liability towards you. If we do not accept your order, you will be notified as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including all relevant information and a reference to these Terms and Conditions. The shipping confirmation email represents our formal acceptance of your order.
Please note that we do not guarantee the immediate availability of all products shown on our website at the time of purchase. Should a product be out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you promptly via phone or email. If you have already made a payment for an unavailable item, we will proceed with a full refund of the corresponding amount.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Archivio accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.
PayPal: Simplify your checkout process using PayPal’s digital wallet.
8. PRICE
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs displayed on the website may vary over time, and Archivio is not bound by the price until the order has been accepted by sending the shipping confirmation email. Prices may also vary between the physical store and the website.
If you have placed an order and the price changes before the order is accepted (through the shipping confirmation email), you will be notified by email and given the option to place a new order at the updated price or to cancel the previous one. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled.
Archivio reserves the right to cancel any order before its acceptance. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, we will refund the corresponding amount. Please also note that Archivio may cancel an order even after it has been accepted if you knew or should reasonably have known that the pricing information was incorrect. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout, according to the selected shipping method.
9. PAYMENT SECURITY
We do our best to make the website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Archivio, your order will be canceled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order. Stripe uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect sensitive data and complies with PCI-DSS standards. Payment data is never stored on our servers; it is handled directly by Stripe.
10. SECURITY
Archivio uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for securely transferring information to process orders. All communication on the Archivio website is protected by encryption of all incoming and outgoing data.
11. ORDER STATUS
You will be notified via email whenever your order status changes. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders in the My Account area. If you have additional questions regarding your order status, please contact Customer Care.
